Mobility & Stretch Class

This all-levels yoga class is a donation based class, and proceeds will benefit Garden Groove's spring program. Please bring your own mat and any supports you might need during class (yoga blocks, blankets, stretching strap, etc). This class includes postures lying down, sitting, and in standing positions. No manual adjustments are given during class.
